The rough draft started on note book paper. I simply wanted the concept out of my head. I grabbed some note book paper and released my creative energy onto something solid.
I struggled with a title, and keys/chapters for about three days. It was a good process, and finally "GET OVER IT" The 9 Keys, to getting over pitch rejections and mistakes was born.
